Third time is a charm
Or at least I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is. This is my third stab at Ene.
Eddie approves. But will the recipient?

that is looking beautiful. and that color pink against the kitty paws is a lovely contrast.

It's beautiful already. Having just finished an Ene, I feel qualified to make that judgement!! I'm sure the recipient will love it too.
And I second the motion, please give us the yarn stats..

Beautiful. Anything that has the Cat Seal of Approval is charmed, you know!

Very nice start! I have to agree about the yarn :-)

looks like a good start, I love your yarn. I wore my Ene to the hockey game last night! I got bored knitting mine half way through, and it took me a while to pick it up again - but I'm glad I did.

How could the recipient not?!

Knitting content- whoohoo! That Ene sure is pretty.

Please include Eddie with shawl for guaranteed 100% approval.

I would think so! the color and sheen of the yarn are beautiful!

Your Ene is off to a good start. I love the tone-on-tone variations in color mixed with the lace pattern.

The beginning is gorgeous and I've always thought Eddie had fabulous taste.

Who wouldn't appreciate that? The color is fabulous. (Of course.)

Lovely color and since it's soft enough for velvety kitty paws, who wouldn't approve!?
Posted by: Steph | January 10, 2007 at 09:01 AM
it's looking good. I had a really really tough time with ene. got it eventually...but then ran out of yarn. it's a tricky pattern because of the enourmous amount of stitches you have to cast on.

I like Ene, but Eddie looks like a soft and cuddly arbitor of knitwear fashion.

Lovely paws! Should send this pic to Cute Overload!

now that's just plain wonderful! Gorgeous yarn - one of yours?? I've had my own recent struggles with lace - here's lifting a toast to you that you win this time... and I'm sure that the recipient will approve. (lucky girl!)
(nice kitty toes btw)

Aside from the fact that the yarn and design is gorgeous, I have to comment on what a wonderful shot this is - it truly does tell a story!
